Common questions

A pin or link won’t open. Private posts and some pages can’t be read. Save the photo or video to your camera roll and share it to Cozyhook from there, or paste the pattern page’s link.

The pattern says “estimated”. When there’s no written pattern or tutorial to follow, Cozyhook estimates one from the photo. Counts are still checked, but the shape may need small changes; Ask Cozy can help.

A count is flagged. Cozyhook checks every round by simulating the stitches. A flag means the numbers didn’t add up in the source; count your stitches on that round, or ask Cozy.

US or UK terms. Switch any time in Me → Crochet terms. Rounds are rewritten in the terms you pick.

Subscriptions. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore a purchase from Me → Restore purchases.

Delete my data. Email us from the app’s Help link and we’ll erase everything tied to your account.
